This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

All the fun and cardio benefits of Zumba meet the intensity of high power movements such as burpees, jump squats, and jumping jacks. All set to the rythm of music, don’t miss a beat!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.

A class designed for those who want to burn calories in a social yet organized manner with a few heart rate increasing challenges included throughout the walking program. Located in the spacious YIM gym, this class works up a sweat while still being easy on the joints.

Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all differing fitness levels. Through timed intervals, this class will enhance your speed, strength and stamina and improve your overall physical health.

YIM HIIT is an exclusive class designed to give an excellent, effective, and intense workout aimed at torching fat and increasing overall athleticism. This class incorporates a lot of plyometric and body weight challenges to push you past your limit. Within 20 minutes spike up your heart rate, sweat a ton, and have a lot of fun!

Strength starts at the core. YIM ABS is 15 minutes of back-to-back ab blasting exercises to target your core to build a stronger, healthier you. Short, sweet, and to the point, this class offers a variety of ab exercises to hit every part of your midsection.

Resistance bands work in place of traditional weights to give resistance to your workout. This class focuses on the correct form with bands to target all the muscles in your body! By the end of this feel both your muscles burn as well as your heart rate increased.

Learn form, techniques, and tips for all your strength training basics. The YIM now offers state of the art equipment, such as TRX, battle ropes, and power racks. Come see how beneficial all of the equipment can be.

Learn how to target your core muscles as you tone and sculpt your body. This classic pilates mat class emphasizes precise body alignment, mental focus, and breath work for refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, flexibility, and strength. All levels are welcome.

This class is designed in a circuit format, highlighting bursts of cardio with a focus on various muscle groups. These fun and challenging routines will test your cardio and muscular conditioning.

This is our highest intensity class. Use a mix of hand-weights and plyometric movements to push yourself to the max!

Calling all High Schoolers! This 6 week program is designed for your teenager to safely and effectively master the weight room. With the personalized attention of our trained coaches, your high schooler will learn how to properly target each major muscle group and build programs for strength.
